Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both riders and the school. The closer to the event date, the harder it is for us to fill your spot, which is why the refund terms change with time.
Within 3 business days of booking
Full refund
Cooling-off period. No questions asked.
More than 30 days before event
Full refund minus $50 admin fee
Plenty of time for us to fill your spot.
14-30 days before event
75% credit voucher
Valid for 36 months. Use it on any future event or transfer to a friend.
Less than 14 days before event
Resale queue
Your spot goes on the resale list. If someone takes it, you receive a 95% credit voucher. If it doesn't resell, no refund is available.
Important Notes
Deposit Bookings
If you paid a 30% deposit, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your deposit is forfeited and your booking is cancelled.
Weather
We do not cancel events due to weather conditions. Our drills work in the wet. No refunds are offered for weather-related concerns.
Transfers
As an alternative to cancellation, you may transfer your booking to another rider (subject to level requirements). Contact us to arrange.
Credit Vouchers
All credit vouchers issued through cancellation are valid for 36 months and can be used for any event or given to another rider.
Event Cancellation by CSSAU
In the rare event that we cancel an event, all affected bookings will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date at no additional cost.
